I got my MeloAudio gear set up and working without too much hassle, and for basic practice it’s fine. The latency isn’t terrible, but it’s not super consistent either, so sometimes it feels okay and other times it’s just enough to notice.
When I’m trying to record or play faster parts, that tiny delay starts to bug me. Maybe there are settings I could tweak, but I don’t have a ton of faith that customer service would be much help if I asked. Overall it’s usable, just average compared to what I expected

My order got here on time which was great, but the box was kind of crushed on one side and even though the item inside worked totally fine, I kept thinking it could’ve used a little more padding especially since it’s audio gear and that stuff feels like it should be packed more carefully, so overall it wasn’t horrible or anything just kind of average packaging.

Umm, overall the site looks really nice. The colors are calm and easy to look at, though a few pages do feel a little plain.

The docs were mostly easy to follow and did help me get things set up, so I can’t say they were bad. But i was a little disappointed in a few sections because they felt too light on examples. I got through it in the end, but it could’ve been a smoother experience

I picked this up from meloaudio.com mostly to use the expression pedal with my effects setup, and it’s been better than I expected. The sweep feels smooth, and it catches small movements accurately without any weird jumping, which was the main thing I was worried about.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the pedal itself feels a little lighter than I personally like, and the setup took me a few minutes longer than it should’ve, so whoever runs this could probably make that part a bit clearer. Once I got it working though, the precision is really solid for the price

I was a little suspicious at first because the price seemed almost too good, but so far it’s been working fine. for the money, I think it was worth it.

I kind of used my usual shortcut here: if something sounds clear, gets loud without falling apart, and doesn’t annoy me after a few songs, I call it good. This one passed that test easily. The sound is clean and louder than I thought it would be. The bass isn’t massive or anything, but for casual listening and messing around with guitar stuff, it feels totally fine. I did have to tweak my settings a bit at first, but once I got it dialed in, I was happy with it. My only small complaint is that the highs can get a little sharp sometimes, but overall I’m glad I got it

I was drawn to the meloaudio because I had a good feeling it would work well for basic MIDI foot controller stuff, that first impression was pretty much right. Setup was easier than I expected, and I liked that it played nicely with different apps and gear without me having to mess with it too much. The buttons feel good enough, and the size is great if you want something easy to carry around. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars for me is the instructions. They could definitely be clearer, and a few settings weren’t super obvious, so I had to go by trial and error a bit. Still, once I got the hang of it, it felt like a smart buy. For the price and the features, I’d say it’s a solid choice.

It was bigger than I expected and not very travel friendly. I thought it would be easier to carry around, but it’s a bit awkward if you’re on the go. I also had to chase them to get a response about my issue, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

The prices were straightforward, and I didn’t run into any hidden costs. I’ve ordered from places before where extra fees pop up at the last minute, so I appreciated that. I just wish the shipping cost had been shown a little earlier in the process.

It’s been doing exactly what I hoped. No random power drops, and everything stays steady throughout the day. It’s just nice when a product works reliably and you’re not left dealing with avoidable hassles.

I ordered a pedal from Melo Audio, and for a few days it felt like it had vanished into the shipping void. The tracking barely moved, so I was definitely checking it like some kind of cliffhanger episode. It did arrive in good shape in the end, and the packaging was decent enough. Overall, not a bad experience, but the shipping process could definitely be smoother.

Setup was really simple and barely took any time. I had it up and running before I knew it.

I placed my order and then pretty much just waited... and waited. The tracking barely changed the whole time, which didn’t exactly make me feel like anyone was on top of it. The item eventually showed up, but if this is the usual shipping speed, I’ll probably look elsewhere next time...

The app kept losing connection to my device, and the firmware update failed twice. After that, it was just random disconnects and weird little bugs nonstop. I tried the support steps they suggested, but nothing actually fixed it, so I eventually gave up lol.

I’ve been using my MeloAudio gear for a few weeks now, the battery life has been really, really good. I don’t have to charge it after every use, just every once in a while. It’s super nice when I totally forget to plug it in and then the next day it still works just fine.

I returned my order and assumed the refund would be handled quickly, like most places do. But I’m still waiting, and at this point it feels like this is just the usual pattern with their returns process. Really frustrating experience...

The screen works fine for what I need, but I definitely notice it’s hard for me to read when I’m outside or in bright light. It’s not awful, and I can still use it, but I personally wish it looked a bit clearer.

I tried to pay and it failed twice, and my first thought was that the checkout system is just not great. Annoying when you’re ready to finish up and it keeps getting in the way.

I was disappointed because I went on the site looking for a specific MIDI pedal, and of course it was out of stock again. I checked around for any info on when it might be restocked, but there really wasn’t much to go on. After waiting and not getting any clear answers, I just gave up and started looking elsewhere.
